Women's Wellness Visit* with FREE MMJ Evaluation--------$200
*Dr. Cohen specializes in Women's Health and Functional Medicine. This visit can combine MMJ treatment with a comprehensive wellness visit including the following: > Bio-electric Impedance Analysis measuring body composition and cellular health.
> Bone Sonometry to screen for osteoporosis and osteopenia.
(If performed individually, this is a $385 value)

Annual Well Woman Exam (1 hour)
Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (1 hour)
Brief problem specific visit (30 min)
Initial Women's Wellness Visit (1 hour)
Follow-up visit (30 min)
(Dr. Cohen provides office gynecologic care but no longer provides hospital related services.)
Functional Medicine**
Management of Chronic Disease- Initial (1 hour)
Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue- Initial (1 hour)
Follow-up visit (30 min)
**(Fees are calculated on an hourly rate of $200)
Although we are not providers of any insurance, we do offer a superbill for you to get reimbursed for your visit at out of network rates. We do not accept Medicare of Medicaid.
